Jan successfully conveys her commitment to and enthusiasm for Laughter Yoga through a variety of activities, ranging from the well explained theory to the laughter breathing exercises and the fun anecdotes. She also informs us of opportunities to participate in Laughter events outside the class I recommend the discipline to anyone who is interested Finally in relation to Jan’s group, I have seen it develop from a class of in some cases, total strangers to a cohesive, supportive laughing friendship group.’
