Members of Laughter Association UK work to the highest standards and many travel all over the country to facilitate workshops and training.
Active members of Laughter Association UK, i.e. Laughter Professionals who practice and run either Laughter Clubs, workshops, training and other events, have appropriate training as well as hold professional liability and indemnity insurance allowing them to practice their laughter skills.
Silvia is a Laughter Yoga Leader and offers Laughter Clubs for individuals as well as bespoke corporate programmes and workshops.
Her coaching work is positivity-based and firmly rooted in people‘s everyday (working) lives and real-life challenges. She focuses on people’s strengths and the “positive side of life” to create balance when things are tough and build resilience for future challenges, without negating the less pleasant parts of life.
She has worked in the corporate world for many years and holds a master’s degree in business management (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) from the University of Zurich.
In her view, any approach to coaching needs to take a holistic perspective and allow for individual preferences when it comes to addressing challenges and pursuing goals. Over the course of the years, she has qualified in a variety of complementary coaching and treatment modalities. She is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and trainer, Mindfulness facilitator and has been working with energy/qi modalities for many years, including Reiki II, Rahanni and ThetaHealing®. She is currently expanding her toolkit by pursuing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.
