Members of Laughter Association UK work to the highest standards and many travel all over the country to facilitate workshops and training.
Active members of Laughter Association UK, i.e. Laughter Professionals who practice and run either Laughter Clubs, workshops, training and other events, have appropriate training as well as hold professional liability and indemnity insurance allowing them to practice their laughter skills.
Biographical Info
Robin Graham is a Laughter Consultant, Speaker and Trainer.
Robin has been a laughter professional since 1998, using laughter therapeutically and for fun.
He is an inspirational speaker on health and happiness and laughter, and has an MA in Health And Happiness Awareness.
He has experience of delivering workshops, trainings, ice breakers and presentations throughout the UK and overseas, for businesses, local authorities, schools and universities, conferences, the NHS, community and health organisations, and community groups.
In 2004 he set up and became trustee of the UK Laughter Network for its ten years of support for laughter professionals.
In 2008 he started supporting World Laughter Master Belachew Girma and Ethiopia National Laughter day, and was appointed as the first International Ambassador for Laughter For All Ethiopia.
In 2012 he set up the annual UK National Laughter Week and has run it each year since.
He is a Laughter Yoga Ambassador appointed by Dr. Madan Kataria, and Laughter Yoga Teacher.
In 2016 he set up the Laughter Yoga School Manchester and Central UK, and delivers a wide range of trainings and workshops including Laughter Yoga Leader Training, Laughter and Spirituality, Laughter Facilitation Skills, Laughter and Workplaces, Therapeutic Play and Laughter, and Gibberish.
His current areas of focus include the Lets Talk group supporting later life, Joyful Workplaces supporting happy and healthy working environments, and Feelgood Communities which is creating a toolkit for therapeutic laughter. He also is a performance poet, playwright and shiatsu practitioner, and planning a new performance piece based on the hidden depths of laughter.
